The service
BrokLink is an online real estate management platform provided by DodoLab. Available features depend on the plan you choose.
Accounts and access
Each agency is responsible for the people it gives access to and for keeping passwords private.
Acceptable use
You may not use BrokLink to publish illegal or misleading content, content that infringes third-party rights, or to send unsolicited messages.
Your data
The information you enter is yours. You can ask for a copy at any time and, when the service ends, we hand it over before deleting it.
Plans and pricing
Prices, the capacity of each plan and add-ons are published on the Plans page, in US dollars. You can pay by card in dollars or in your local currency at the exchange rate on the billing date.
Payment
The service is paid in advance: onboarding and the first month when you start. The service begins once the payment clears.
Cancellation
Plans have no minimum term. You can cancel anytime and the service continues until the end of the paid month.
Refunds
Paid months and one-time payments, such as onboarding, are non-refundable, except when the service could not be provided for reasons attributable to us or where applicable law requires otherwise.
Email on your domain
Every plan includes one mailbox on the agency’s domain. Additional mailboxes have a 12-month minimum term. If you cancel email, we hand over your exported messages, free for up to 3 mailboxes and USD 10 per additional mailbox. Bulk sending and mail to people who did not ask for it are not allowed.
Availability
We work to keep the service available at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.
Changes
If we change these terms, your plan’s conditions or its price, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice. A price never changes in the middle of a paid period.
